Basic Business Development – Supplier – MyEstate

About the business and the role
MyEstate is a unique Real Estate related start-up, that removes the requirements of a Real Estate Agent to market and sell Property Privately

We are now seeking a motivated and dedicated hard worker to work part time with flexible hours from home to help establish our services within the market and bring on new private sellers.

Job Requirements
Contract Position for 3 months
Minimum 20 hours per week (between 8am – 6pm) required (max 30)
$30 (+ gst if registered) per hour
Flexibility to choose own days/hours and work from home
Ability to invoice us for hours as a contractor

Job Tasks
Search Real Estate related websites for service providers that match our needs, E.G Photographers, Property Stages, Cleaners, Professional Services (A full scope will be provided) Regionally thought NZ
Send out customized emails to explain our proposals
Respond to reply’s and answer queries
Sign up approved service providers (email our contracts out)
Cold call potential Private Sellers to list on out site
Create Listings on our site for our clients, upload content, type up listings etc…

This job is slightly repetitive and a bit tedious, But well paid for the basic tasks required. Please only reply if you have 3 months of time available to complete this first stage of our project.

We are looking for candidates with well spoken and written English language skills, and with computer, email and typing skills
