Are you a senior, experienced Mental Health Nurse with proven acute clinical leadership and systems management skills?
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to work as the Associate Clinical Nurse Manager responsible for the day to day management and coordination of our 23 bed Acute Inpatient Mental Health unit. The ACNM will provide clinical leadership within the multi-disciplinary team to ensure care delivery is of the highest standard, is delivered to meet the needs of the Tangata Whaiora/Service User and meets best practise standards.
Preferred candidates will demonstrate a confident, sound clinical foundation together with a motivational leadership style able to build a cohesive nursing and allied health team. Other characteristics will be enthusiasm to embrace new ideas and ‘outside-the-square’ thinking towards service delivery.
Candidates must have a current and valid Annual Practising Certificate with NZ Nursing Council as well as NZ Drivers licence.
