Our client operates in a niche market, servicing a number of clients in the Thames / Coromandel district. Based in Thames and reporting to the Managing Director, the Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all administrative and contractual processes meet the objectives of the company.
Duties will be varied and will include:
Processing and verifying timesheets
Coordinating health & safety and quality control documentation
Completing traffic management plans
Managing the contract database
Providing weekly and monthly contract reporting
Taking minutes at monthly contract meetings
General administration including mail, stationery and reception
This full time position will suit a person who has 1-3 years of administration experience and is ready for the next step in their career. Critical to your success is the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while still meeting deadlines. You will be technology savvy, and love the challenge of new systems and processes, but most important is your attitude, team fit and willingness. Solid knowledge of Excel is essential.
