This sole charge position requires close liaison with the President of the Association and members of the Executive Committee; liaison with Association members consisting of beauty therapists, distributors, training establishments and students.
Flexibility around hours – every week day with a minimum of 32 hours a week.
This position is full of variety, receiving membership applications, updating existing memberships and renewals in MYOB, liaising with beauty therapists and students, preparing agenda for meetings and recording minutes, liaising with the Publishers of the Association magazine and providing information, organising events, updating Association information and code of practice, internet banking, invoicing and lots more.
You will need:
A solid & proven background in office administration.
Be proficient with MYOB, Word, Excel and familiarity with Power Point would be a plus.
Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
A clean driving licence.
