Administration & Office Support – Brookfields Lawyers – Auckland

We are currently seeking a junior receptionist to join our Business Support Team.

Duties would include:

reception duties
meet and greet clients and tradespeople
booking of meeting rooms and necessary equipment
set up and maintain meeting rooms, boardroom and partners lounge
maintain client kitchen in a clean and hygienic fashion during the day
booking of national and international couriers and maintaining records
re-routing of incoming faxes
arrange travel, car rental and hotel booking for the firm
other administrative and secretarial duties
Skills required would include:

ability to interact at all levels
ability to demonstrate initiative
organisational/time management skills
excellent attention to detail
