Administration Manager – Ryder Consulting Ltd – Bay of Plenty

Ryder Consulting Limited is a provider of high quality environmental consulting services to a diverse array of clients.  Our main offices are located in Tauranga and Dunedin.  We also have a small, but growing, presence in Christchurch.

We are seeking a part-time Administration Manager, to be located in our Tauranga office.  The successful candidate will work with the Managing Director and the manager of the Tauranga Office to, in some cases, establish and, in all cases, implement the company’s administrative and financial policies and management / governance procedures.

This is a permanent, part time position that we expect will require an average of three days of work per week.  There will, however, need to be some flexibility around what hours are required to be worked in any one week.

We are looking for an exceptional person with experience, knowledge and / or skills in the following areas:

Administration and general management.  Experience with a consulting service provider(s) is an advantage, but is not essential.
Human resource management and contract establishment / administration.
Website administration and, more broadly, corporate engagement / marketing via social media.
Business planning.
Written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and MoneyWorks accounting software.  Experience with Apple computers is an advantage.
