We are looking for an Administration Manager with accounts experience to work alongside Management in our Auckland Office. This will be a varied role and is a great opportunity for someone who is proficient at managing all aspects of the office.
Key responsibilities will include (yet not limited to);
Reception/front desk duties,
Personal Assistant to Management (organising meetings etc)
Accounts (invoicing, chasing debtors, bill payments etc),
Managing and developing filing and office systems.
Prepare letters, reports and consents
Communicate directly with clients, council, and project managers
The Ideal candidate requires:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel etc)
Experience with Quickbooks would be beneficial
Accounts experience (invoicing, chasing debtors etc)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Ability to work in a small team
