One role provides support to the Nurse Manager, Allied Health Manager and Clinical Leader for the Community, Allied and Rehabilitation Service. The second role provides support to the Unit Manager of the Allied Health Unit. These roles provide the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional coordination skills, ability to work as an integral part of a wider administration team but also autonomously. You’ll need to be adept at using your initiative to ensure tasks are brought to a conclusion as this is a demanding role with high level administration tasks and interfacing.
Your daily support for the managers will involve managing diaries, booking meetings and travel, organising agendas, coordinating and processing reports, and compiling statistics, financial reports and tabling using Excel plus general administration.
You will also need to be available to cover the work of the other administrators when they are on leave.
Your extensive contact with the service will involve the coordination of information for reports, collating and ensuring timely delivery of such by the team.
You will have a background in a varied administration position that exhibits your ability to prioritise and juggle many different tasks at once. You will have a mature and flexible approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of people and problems. Your strong computer skills will include proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
