Teachers for Several State of the Art, purpose built Early Learning Centres
across Australia.

Our Early Childhood Centres:

You will have the opportunity to work within stunning Early Childhood
Centres in a location of your choice throughout Sydney and Australia wide! At
each centre the children are provided with beautiful open indoor and outdoor
play spaces, and the team enjoys a vast range of teaching resources.  All early childhood professionals pride
themselves on their ability to provide learning environments where children are
valued and recognised as effective contributors to their own learning and
development.

The role:
Working on a full time, permanent basis, you will work on rotating
shifts; which rotate weekly, offering you flexibility with your
days. You will ensure that an educationally appropriate learning
environment is provided for the children, which reflects their interests and is
developmentally stimulating. You will work with a small friendly team of
educators, and you will be provided with “off the floor” programming
and planning time.

Responsibilities:

Develop, plan and implement
educational programs for children which reflect the Early Years Learning
Framework
Monitor and document
children’s learning and development
Develop open communication
with all stakeholders of the service.
Create a stimulating
environment for all children which foster and support their growth and
development
Ensure that a
developmentally and stimulating learning environment is planned and
implemented for each child
Supervise children and
ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with
the families of each child, on all aspects of their development
Comply with the centres
policies and procedures, along with licencing, legislation and
regulations.
Mentor and guide staff.
Assist in the development
and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

ACECQA approved Bachelor of
Teaching/ Education (Early Childhood) – We can assist with the process of
having your New Zealand Qualifications assessed through the Australian
regulatory body
Current Working with
Children Check
Current first aid
certificate, asthma & anaphylaxis training certificate
Strong knowledge of the
Early Years Learning Framework, and the ability to holistically apply the
learning outcomes to and a strong understanding of program planning and
documentation
Knowledge of the NQF, and
the NQS
Experience assisting in the
development of a QIP (would be advantageous).
Be a team player/ Happy to
work within friendly and supportive teams.
Strong written and verbal
communications skills
