Water Data Analyst – Leading Recruitment & Immigration NZ

An exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative company is available for a suitably qualified person with a strong maths/analytical background combined with some exposure to water quality processes.

About the Company
Our client is a specialist SaaS/laaS company that modernises movement of data through organisations by providing a single repository for many data sources and a single source of truth to feed many data receivers. The company is currently in a strong growth phase and needs to bring in additional skills to meet growing demand for its product.

About the Role
Reporting to the GM for New Zealand you will work closely with clients to:

Analyse data, assessing available data against regulatory requirements.
Write code into Excel Spreadsheets to create the calculated outputs and data visualisations required by the company clients.
Provide technical support to clients by advising best use of the system, stepping them through trouble shooting procedures and providing additional training if needed.
Ensure that projects are executed in line with the plan and liaise with clients to obtain documentation and agree on the details of the outputs to be produced.

About You
Proficient with excel, you will enjoy analytical work and thrive in an environment where you are challenged and required to apply your analytical skills to get the best results for clients. Adaptable, organised, detail focused and accurate with data you will be a strong multi-tasker. You will be required to take increasing responsibility and accountability for client service, technical delivery and project outcomes supported by our small but experienced team. You will be comfortable to work alone and with a small team.

A relevant qualification within the chemistry/water engineering field would be an advantage.
