Team Administration role

Do you have excellent judgement and communication skills? We are looking for an approachable, IT savvy Team Administrator to support 3 busy managers.
You will proactively manage their diaries and ensure that they have everything they need for their appointments. You will keep on top of changing work priorities to ensure your teams always delivers on time.
You will be very proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Specific tasks include:
Diary and email management
Delivering high quality documentation
Domestic and International Travel bookings
Processing and payment of invoices using LINZ’s financial management system
Administrative support to meetings and events (booking facilities, resources, catering etc)
Providing back up support to the wider administration team

The Crown Property Centre of Expertise provides professional advice and services for a growing number of Crown agencies to facilitate the management of their property portfolios. Supporting these teams will keep you busy and involve you in a wide variety of interesting work.
