Office Administrator – Studio Pacific Architecture – Wellington

Studio Pacific Architecture has an established reputation for award-winning architecture, interior and urban design projects.

We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual to join our busy Wellington Studio for a four-month fixed term to cover a period of parental leave with the possibility to extending this term. The full-time role is seen as one of fundamental importance to the business and the impression you create is a vital component to client and team satisfaction.

This is an extremely varied position. Responsibilities will include reception and general office administration including greeting and welcoming visitors, answering the phone, providing support to our Senior Management Team, travel and accommodation arrangements, word processing and information management.

You should be well-organised, able to work under pressure, have strong time management skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and previous experience using Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous, but not essential.
