The purpose of this role is to provide development support across multiple projects with a particular focus on:
Project Management Reporting
Key responsibilities include:
Granular build-up of cost models, including construction, consultants, leasing incentives, finance, and other costs
Leasing schedules, rental and projected turnover
Tenancy variation costs and recoveries cost tracking
Support with contracts and any key projects
Prepare new budget/Expenditure Approval (EA) applications
The successful candidate will have:
Previous Retail/Shopping Centre Experience
2-5 years Analyst Experience
Very commercially savvy – utilise business principles, drivers, opportunities and threats.
Customer and Client focused
