Office Administration Assistant – MacMillan Plumbing Ltd – Auckland

MacMillan Plumbing & Gas Ltd is an ever expanding Plumbing & Gas Company that focuses on Commercial and Residential Maintenance, Commercial Fitouts and bigger Construction Build’s too and we are on the hunt for the newest member to our ‘office family’.
Do you have a lot of personality, a ‘wicked’ sense of humour and can work well in a team?
Are you open and willing to learn the ins and outs of the plumbing industry?
Do you have computer knowledge (we use a lot of excel and have a full accounting programme that the successful applicant will be taught)? When shown how to do things do you absorb and learn efficiently?

The role we are offering will begin with learning the operations of the office and procedures and processes of applications, but ultimately you will become responsible for all invoicing as well.
Accounts experience is not necessary, as we will take the time to teach the right person this role. We do however require someone who is looking for a career, who wants to learn and grow within their role and can handle fast paced work in a sometimes high pressure environment.
