Customer Support Officer – Operations – ACC

We are looking for a customer service superstar to provide administration support to our busy Counties Manukau Branch. Working closely with your Team Manager, you’ll be tasked with providing administration support to our internal customers in our Centre.

We are looking for a person who brings administration skills but just as importantly has the right attitude! We need someone who is highly customer focused and has the energy and the drive to go the extra mile. Without a doubt you will be well organised, resilient and level-headed with excellent organisational skills. Strong keyboard and processing skills will enable you to keep up with a fast paced workflow.

The Indicative starting salary for this role will be pro rata $41,475. This is exclusive of ACC’s 9% superannuation contribution which would bring the total starting package to $45,208.

This is a full time, 40 hour week position. The core work hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
