Coming into the organisation as a SEM Team Leader you’ll be responsible for directly managing the day-to-day functionality and operations of the Search Engine Marketing Team. You’ll work closely with your team to develop game changing SEM strategies for a large variety of clients to ensure all marketing is on brand and performing at it’s peak.
Also having a collection of high level, elite client SEM campaigns that you have full responsibility for the development, building and strategising of; including keyword research, industry research, campaign design and creating compelling Ad Copy.
What else will you be doing you ask??
Conducting SEM Audits of Clients SEM Accounts – Google Adwords, Bing/Yahoo and Facebook PPC campaigns.
Oversee the development of SEM strategies that integrate with client’s brand and their overall marketing goals.
Account Management; including regular client liaising and end of month performance reviews.
Optimise campaigns using the necessary method, data analysis and strategy. Ensuring client satisfaction on performance, KPI’s achieved and utilising budget allocation.
Be a mentor and team player to the organisations other SEM specialists.
Contribute to the company’s content to promote the high results achieved by you and your team’s SEM campaigns.
What do we want in you?
3+ years experience within a SEM focused role.
Experience developing SEM strategies for a variety of organisations and industries.
Have a Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Bing Certification.
Highly proficient in Adwords Editors and Microsoft Excel.
Experience using competitor intelligence and big management tools; Hitwise & Marin being a bonus.
You’ll be an analytical thinker and problem solver with a creative flair.
Client relationship and Account Management skills.
A strong desire to succeed on an individual level as well as thriving of the success of your team.
