This market leader manufactures quality products at an affordable price, operating in New Zealand for over 50 years. They have created iconic products that Kiwi’s use every day and are renowned for innovative product design in several categories. They have a strong presence through major supermarkets, office and consumer focused retailers and mass merchant retailers such as The Warehouse.
This position is responsible for national accounts and other channel management duties, focussed on a selection of customers within the retail portfolio but excluding supermarkets. It will work closely with local field teams and the other National Account Manager to execute growth plans – it will also have responsibility for some new channel development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a background in FMCG key account management, ideally with multiple channel experience. They have perhaps progressed from a graduate role in a well-disciplined business through Sales and into Key Accounts – they will be seeking a role with autonomy and the opportunity to put their disciplined background into a new role where they can be well rewarded and developed further locally or internationally.
