Insights Manager – Loyalty New Zealand Limited – Auckland

This is a new role in the Lab360 team reporting to the Manager of Insights.  You will be responsible and accountable for the management and delivery of world class analytical projects and data insights.  You are the clients’ first point of call for all analytics projects and manage these from translating business objectives into briefs through to managing the project delivery and insights.

You have a passion for data and understand the power that analytics and true insights can provide to drive a business outcome.  You thrive on problem solving, are focussed, organised and have a genuine ability to multi task.  Your attention to detail is second to none and you are obsessed about delivering for your clients.  As part of the Loyalty Services team, you would naturally fit with the team who are smart, driven and work in a fun, quick moving marketing environment.  Your strong interpersonal skills are critical to growing key internal relationships as well as with our clients.  You understand the bigger picture; ask the right questions and understand the importance of continual improvements within the workplace.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated self starter; tertiary qualified and will come armed with over five years experience in turning analysis or business intelligence into true insights and delivering these to clients.  You are also a lateral thinker, have an incredible eye for detail and be driven by delivering world class projects.
