Job tasks and responsibilities
The co-ordination of day to day operational service delivery of key 3rd party clients
Communicate with road, rail, coastal shipping providers to ensure customer requirements are delivered
Planning and scheduling advanced bookings
Providing solutions to customers and to resolve any issues
Build strong relationships with external and internal customers

Skills and experience
Minimum of 3 years in the Supply Chain or Logistics Environment in a customer serving role
Competent on Excel
Excellent Customer Service skills
Great problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication ability
